a few times i was there, it is an empty hall with OKT Botak, sometimes but pretty rare, got one or two uncles, sometimes got one or two younger bros

if you enter from the carpark from behiind, you can go straight up the staircase to level 2 and 3. 1658A is at level 2. very discrete.
