Ban period is two years after that need guarantor to bring her in just as tourist.

Need some help and advice from bros who has experience on this.

Recently, I invited a thai gal to S'pore for holiday, but she was rejected entry (due to past records and that was about 2 years ago). Immigration told her she need to obtain an approval letter.

Reading through this thread and ICA website, the following are some questions which need any kind bro's advice:

(a) Which set of forms is the correct one for this appeal, Form 14A/V39A or Form 14/V39I?

(b) what are the chances of ICA approving her entry, since the incident was 2 years ago?

(c) Must the sponsor be in Singapore during the period of visit? Reason I am asking is because I may need to travel to overseas for work(on short notice) on the intended dates of the gal's visit to Singapore. Not sure whether ICA would raise any questions on this even though they may given the approval?

Appreciate some advice on the above.

Which Form I not sure .... But then you Need to Apply online via VISA

Submission through:

1. Authorised Visa Agent in Thailand.
2. Trusted Partner.
3. Local Contact - Which is You Yourself.

You can also submit your application through your local contact if he/she is a Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old and has a SingPass account. Please submit the visa application 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore. Your local contact is required to furnish his/her passport details in SAVE.

You or Someone will NEED to ACT as her SPONSOR ...

IF Sponsor is YOU ... Not necessary you must be in Singapore when she is in .... BUT you will be the Main Point of Contact should she has a Problem or Created a Problem ... IF you are not in Town ... then too bad to her should she needs help.

CHances of ENtry ??? Only ICA Knows

NO ONE Else can tells you the % of chances ...

You better off than mine lah, mine that time only get 6mths LTSVP nia, furthermore SPR get rejected twice, just imagine how much Visa fees ICA has sucked me off.

I applied 4 weeks before her expiry date and went for extension when did not receive a reply, but still have only 1 year LTVP. Sign.....

So It narrow down to the issues, I'm sure your wife will be approved for ltvp+ when both of you have baby,it the top most criterial when our garment considering for any application, babies are the most important assets our country need now.

Been busy these few mths, sometimes log in to this thread to 66cc.

Son now @ PCF Nursey. Let him enjoy some activity there.

3yrs LTSVP+ quite good leh, is it 90 bucks which include the card?

Although criterias are set ... BUT ... no one can really tells what is being approved n what you will get ?

That's why I dun ask what's ur job n he much u earn ...

Like I said , they approved n give what they think its deemed for you n your wife.

Even if you have a kid ... Might not garantee you get a LTVP+ ...

And like I said ... Nothing is 100%

Be contented what you are given for now n as times goes , sure u get better
