If your friend is to come here stay a few days, go out and back next month for a few days, I dont think there will be any problem. However, if your friend stays continously for 30 days and come back a week later, ICA will naturally monitor your friend. 2 or 3 times, they will start asking questions. And naturally stop you if you been doing this for 3 months in a row. There is a way to over come this, that is a singaporean applies for visa for them, or act as guarantor. Of cos, better make sure she/he does not commit any crimes. Hope this helps

Its good to apply for re-entry permit and guarantor but it does not warrant her frm deport again. Ask her to reminder your address, number, family background well. The best is come back with her. Then you can tell them u need to accompany her bcos she doesn't speak English or Mandarin and need a translator. As a guarantor, you would only need to pay if, she is, by any mean as determined by ICA, to be deported. Her lodging in prison, her air ticket and any expenses incurred during custody.

When i bring my ex here, she also being stop by the ICA officers. It will be safer for you to escort her, please write in your address and contact no in the white card. Lastly she need to show she have enough cash for her stay in singapore. Lastly please buy a return flight ticket for her, the ICA officers told me if stay more than 3 days please provide the Return flight booking to them.
