HCMC 5-star hotels notorious for being not girl-friendly. One time, I stayed in a similar 5-star hotel to Pullman & the front desk was super alert at night plus lock all side entrances. Maybe can still sneak the girl in but not sure if it’s worth all that stress.

If u wanna go ktv & don’t need to be in D1 for business then there r many good 3-star hotels in D5 & D7 that r girl friendly.

Don't know about any of these rent GF services in Vietnam.

Maybe a little off topic, but let me offer some advice since you're a solo traveler. Vietnamese women are not as easy one might think. Those that you match on Tinder, especially if they are working for nightclubs as "promoters", are just there to gouge your money as a foreigner who doesn't know better.

A simple red flag to take note of is they'll ask you to meet at a club of their choosing. Once you're there, it's game over for you. They'll order the most expensive bottles, and more hazardously, they'll keep on buying those motherfucking NO2 balloons non stop. At the end of the night they'll disappear, leaving you with a massive bill. If you refute the bill, you'll be surrounded by club staff that might beat the shit out of you. Do NOT fall into that trap.

You're much better off sticking with the pay for play scene. There's literally thousands of whorehouses masquerading as massage parlors. The girls there are usually 7/10 and above. You will be spoilt for choice. You can literally visit a different one twice a day and still pay less than what you would with a nightclub "date" with a Viet Tinder girl.

Okay rant over. Long story short, you're probably gonna be a little lonely during your trip, but nothing that a visit to a massage parlor wouldn't solve... For about an hour.
