He will claim that you owe his boss money and trick you into paying him. His hard ball threatening tactics had made many innocent victims into paying him for fear of their safety. We should not condone this behaviour and do not entertain this fucker.He thinks he can always get away with his tactics. Sending this message here to forewarn all bros and sis,many police reports had been made against him,who claimed that he works for a licensed moneylender,First Capital!Let's hope the police nabbed him soon!
