Kamagra is freely available in Thailand pharmacy. It is for oral consumption. Is it now available in Singapore now ? Tried a couple of times a couple of years ago.
One thing good about it was that I didn't felt any side effect . Helps to prolong abit but it makes my dick hard as rock

Kamagra oral jelly is available in Singapore. Only some sex shop selling. But it is not cheap. There is also another type in tablet form. One pack contains 4 tablets. The name is super kamagra. Also available in Singapore. You can go to Google for more info about this tablets.

You are better off seeing an urologist who can prescribe the necessary medication to solve your PE issue.

I was also prescribed Priligy and it helped me a lot.

Yes, was prescribed both since I have diabetic related condition. So popped both 1-2 hr b4 sex
