Trying to treat it without medicine actually. Maybe I'm a little desensitized from too much electroplay, so I'm avoiding it for the time being and just fapping normally and at a lower frequency.

You should be able to control when you come. If the gal is tired or sore you should be considerate enough to finish it off quickly

I think that's where your problem lies. Too much electroplay and masturbation. So when you have sex with a woman, you cannot feel anything. You need to stop both activities and just have sex with a woman. It'll take sometime to get back your penis sensitiveness.

I've had the same problem. Had sex for the first time at age 30. Before that it was just porn and masturbation. So when i started having sex, i cant feel anything at all. Took a few months before i started to feel something during sex and now i can cum during sex.
