An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

with 1 billion baby boomers aged 50 to 69 in 2015, from now to 2050 expected more baby boomers die every 1 minute.

Again it will put strain on the resources like more gases are required in crematoriums to burn bodies. A new economy will boom, and expected, people are becoming less stress to see baby boomers death every minute. It become common thing and as long as it makes money who cares, and with long parking queue to burn bodies parking fee (air conditioning morgue) also make more money.

By that time costs of crematorium rise sharply which expect you to sell your HDB to fund your own burning. Remember 2 couples, husband and wife could cost >$20,000 per person after 2025. Current is around $5,000, correct?

When is the recommended time to die? Before boom time? My recommendation is before 2025.

What is smart death?

Well, buy insurance and plan death. One die so your spouse get to live from your insurance money, and CPF money, pay off some debts and so on.

Say give yourself 1 year to live assumed terminal illness and enjoy that quality life style with your spouse, using some of the insurance money or grants, prepaid?

LKY wife lie in bed for 3 years from stroke asked him is it worth it? If he had known he will spend 3 years of her terminal illness live a quality life style with her alone traveling and do thing she likes to do and so on then to busy body Singapore politics for nothing.

This is an open minded perception and is up to individual to realize the proposition work or not?
