How to prevent and cure ball itchiness, My ball is very itchy but there is nothing on the skin when check no red spot or anything and only ball itchy but penis is not.

In Singapore, the humidity promotes to growth of microscopic organisms which you cannot see but can irritate your scrotum (ball sac). Wash thoroughly and if needed use antiseptic soap. dry thoroughly, use a blow dryer if needed. Use powder generously. Avoid tight pants and underwear. At night, wear loose garments or sleep in the buff. most important, keep your area dry.
Calamine lotion can help to relive the itch.

Another possible reason is your sacs are full and you need to release to empty them.
