Bars/Pubs in Pandan Indah, KL

Was around Jalan Pandan Indah (behind Menara Maxisegar) early one evening some time ago and dropped by a bar called Leisure Bay for drinks.
It bar counter and tables and a section for karaoke. Also have small pool table.
Was sitting at bar counter for quick drinks and saw quite a few GRO gals (CKT, NL) sitting at tables and drinking with customers.
Didn't hang around as had to go for another appointment. Also saw similar bar called Indah Bay at another block nearby and other similar bars with GROs.
Anyone knows what is the system at these Pandan Indah bars? Is this type where the girls accompany you and drink from whatver you order and they get commission from drinks you order? Or you have to separately buy them drinks before they sit with you?
