How to open a bonk shops in GL? All the shops is freehold unless somebody wind up thier business?

Which relevant authority can grant bonk shop operating permit?

Go to GL, walk into any one of the bonk shops which u fancy and which u intend to be the boss. Tell the OKT that u want to take over his shop and offer him a price. It saves all the trouble of looking for a vacant shop, legal formalities permits and nitty gritty.

One IMPORTANT thing to note though. If the negotiation is not successfully and the other party is not too friendly, adopt the last and best move my sifu taught me .........RUN !

you go learn all the kungfu first...

then u go the bonk shop you really like alot...
go in and...

Remember to tell the OKT inside that during sch holiday, all students and kids got special discount when they show their consession cards.

I think no problem is insurmountable but is it worth the all the trouble? Even manage to start one, no business also charmp. Then is he going to bonk all the gals himself?

it is not as easy as it seems to be. have to find the right working gals. this is a very impt aspect if u wan ur shop to be successful, making $. Then l think underground connection bah to watch over u. sumhow l feel, that if u are able to open such bonk shop and able to carry on for quite a period of time, the boss too must have sum connection wif the police or av as well.

anyway if u manage to open one and have great gals wif great service inside, actually can earn alot de. but like the saying no risk no gain. u into such business, also have its own risk. Kana caught liao, can prepare to go to the jail to sit liao.

TS!! Doing school project arh?? Ok lah.. share with you abit lah hor....

1st Step: Do up a business plan (15-20 page), must include SWOT analysis, budgeting, A&P objectives and plan, target consumer group, where to get your supplies (Ladies) and also do up a powerpoint presentation slide (less than 10 slides)
2nd Step: Make an appt with AV Dept at Cantoment Complex to do your presentation. Once they approve, then you can go look for a unit at GL to start business.
If 1st and 2nd Step fail right... Still got 3rd Step:
3rd Step: Go to any unit which you fancy, say you are from NTUC/Temasek Holdings/GIC and want to take over the business unit.
