Issue with ICA

hi all again, i wanna chk if a sgp marry a vb got a LTVP but later convert to a WP as she found a job but now she is expected can they go back to ICA to apply for LTVP plus(as i know that LTVP+ is entitled to medical subsidies )?

Her WP must be terminated and means she cannot work ...

She will have to re-apply for LTVP+ and subject to approval ..

if she wants to work , can go online to apply for letter of consent to work.

If she is still holding the work permit which is converted from LTSVP now, she can go over to ICA level 4 to apply for the LTSVP+. Work permit holder which is converted from LTSVP which is interested in applying for the LTSVP+ can only submit application through counter at ICA, not available through online application. Once approved, ICA will only collect back the work permit when she is at ICA collecting the LTSVP+ but please inform her employer prior to the application at ICA because the employer will need to apply an LOC for her once the LTSVP+ is out inorder for her to continue working. Above information 100% accuracy as I have just gone through this process.

a vb just reported that few days ago, she go back vn, when at sillypore customer, she was told to go in office for interview and details taken down. many foreigner also go in office.

Normally u wait for the letter to sent to u before renewal ..

However if u dun receive it 1 mth prior to renewal, you can go apply online ...

I done mine about 2 mths before expires ..

Hi guys,

My turn to seek help....

1st Question:
At the point of submission of e-VP for LTVP, must my wife been in Singapore?
Background: We will register on 27dec, and submit e-VP on 28Dec. However, she will be going back to Vietnam to work on 31Dec. Reason for applying is because so that she could enter Singapore multiple time without being asked and prepare for our baby due in July next year.

2nd Question:
Will LTVP of at least 6 months be granted if (a) The sponser had not contribute to CPF 3 months out of the last 12 months. However, he had been paying tax for last 3 years with annual income more than 30k and he's a Singapore Citizen?

3rd Question:
Is it true that as long as the sponser is a Singapore Citizen but has no proof of income for last 3 months, will LTVP still be granted. No bad record?

Please kindly help to clear my doubts. Thanks Sexperts!
