Shops are getting lesser as compared to what I could see. Even WeChat is like 50-50.

Because the local Thai govt wanna make Hatyai a friendly place for families with children, uncles and aunties, shoppers.

Because of inflation ( well before the M'sian GST and exchange rates RM vs THB )........things gets more and more expensive in Hatyai.

Less syts Thais becoming working ladies as LOS becomes more developed.

And even they organize there Taitai shopping trip to buy the zebra pots.
