That's true. But those type often have vocabulary limited to words like chim cung, xuong qua, etc. Hard to progress beyond that.

Yes, if u hv any job to recommend her, pls let me know. She is not fussy... waitress, sales asst, any job that is legal. Her degree may not be recognised in SG though.

That's a good idea.
But I am not sure how she can convert her social visit pass to work permit. Hopefully her potential employer can help her. I will check it out.
