When I was jogging today, I saw a small crowd form at the Kupang LRT station, so I busybody walk there and see.

Saw a young lady .... about 18 to 22 like that.... whizzing and a lot of people crowding around her. Got uncle got auntie etc... and giving a lot of suggestions.... no one does anything in reality. No one even calls an ambulance. hahaha.

Finally, another mid-age female jogger helps her up and offer to walk her to the clinic.....

I notice this older lady very expertly snap the bra under her sports bra.... the younger girl's breathing seems to improve .... but I never follow la. Later people think I colour wolf....

Seems like wearing a wrong bra and exercise can be very dangerous huh.

Actually ladies usually won't wear 2x bras during exercise sessions... Either sports bra only or sports tees over sports bra. This is indeed a peculiar case.

Sometimes along the Sengkang PCN, you see people walking in their slippers, chatting in a group, without mask.... they are obviously Singaporean. I was like.... I thought you can only take off mask when you are doing strenuous exercise?

Some even smoking at those rest point.... totally forget the rest points are still part of the park. hahaha.

The foreign workers actually have problem finding free recreation places also, just like Hong Kong, they just go to parks, malls, mrt stations wherever they can meet friends n talk. I understand their needs but I do think our little island is so overcrowded that the quality of life is fast declining, not sure if u all felt the same

wear 1 bra only la, we only hv a set of breasts no need so many wrappers lol

and strangely why no one help the gal? our society seriously needs to improve. calling 995 isn't difficult n its toll free. I had called it numerous times in parks etc. once for a heart attack man, I didnt know what to do except to call, very basic human thing to do, I did shout for other joggers to come for help, one is a doctor, but too bad v sadly the man passed away when the paramedics arrive, I held on to the distraught wife of the victim
