It's exactlz that. I checked many $40 houses but always received a $80-100 proposal so after many times I accepted one at $80.

its been mentioned before . basically you go to any house with a red lamp and no fish tank . if you can do some homework and find out which girl you like and her home base , then by all means go straight to the house . if you can't find out her home base , no big problem . just remember her name and go to any other house (such as Tommy's Place (L16H12)) and ask for her . very rarely got duplicate names . even then , you can clarify for the correct one .
