Plenty of hotel to choose from, it depends on your budget. Old faithful is Devera, and Eurotel. I like Wild Orchid, some like ABC. Agoda has all the pricing you need. Want more discount call the hotel and ask.

they have changed it since I was there in May...
but from what i know if you have your vaccination and boosters, you just need to fill up the OHP...
Be sure to check that your vaccination is accepted by them... there have been some people whose boosters were not recognised on other forums...
