The fact that my Thai GF speaks English, Japanese and Korean well made me suspicious that she used to work or is working in a sleazy profession before/currently.

Turned out that my analysis was correct

Only Thais who meet foreigners frequently, work in int'l MNCs or are educated in US/UK can speak English well because most Thais would choose to use Thai to communicate.
