For the first game, I think we should play a 4-4-2 standard formation and see how's go. We need wingers to cross ball like bryan, reidz, chris.

4-4-2 might be too harsh for recreation team like us,we do not have sufficient midfield(at least 4)to run up and down the field and maintain the fitness thruout the match,as for strikers we have limited option also.

a 3-2-2-3 formation might work better and less torturing for the midfield.

3 fullbacks, with 2 defensive mid, linking with 2 offensive mid and 3 striker looming on the opponent half which i think will be more effective.

So far I think this is the best formation thats suits our team.... Lets see how the game goes for the first 15minutes cos u we have no clue of our opponent fitness level.. And l would like to suggest to appoint a tactical coach..

Remember.... its all fun.. No swearing and cursing encouraged during the game
