For bros who come often, another way to cut all this hassle is to open a bank account (get someone to do it for you if you can't) and hang on to the ATM card. The good thing is that you can put it on the FD which pay higher interest rate than Sing bank and there is no penalty if you need to use the fund before it mature.

exchange in china is lower than in sg and CP money changer even china banks dun accept sg dollars
