Can anyone tell/pm me of Dr Cindy location?

About a year ago, I visited a joint here and had quite a good exp (left a FR under an old nick). The ML identified herself as dr Cindy and gave me a name card with contact.

L2 also opened a new spa this year. Think the gal/s muz be ałways busy working cos always see no one at the reception area.

sar sar wasnt closed for reno due to infringement or what.
Owner opened a bigger and better equipped place somewhere else.
I believe the location at sar sar is being renovated to improve facilities.

Was around Jalan Sultan at noon, last week, and decided to check on the action at JSP. Walked around from level 2 to 4, the place seems dead. Finally, I decide to buy a bottle of Chivas 12 years from one of the dealer's office for $55/-

Few months ago, after coming back from an SAF exercise, I decided to
visit JSP for budget release. I set out after dinner with little expectations.

After walking one round, I saw a spa opposite an eatery with quite decent looking MLs
