Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and are entitled to air them.... just as we are entitled to be sad and entitled to the grief we feel.

We are also entitled to disagree, and we are all entitled to air those views too.

We are all human after all..... having an opinion is part of what makes us human.

But a friend has gone and will be with us no more. I suggest those who need to pay their respects do so..... and those who choose the other route.... well you to what you have to do!

We are going tonight to spend a few quiet moment with a man who made us smile and made us feel welcomed and we plan to remember the good times we shared. This is our choice.... this is our entitlement.

Life is like a box of chocolates..... all the good ones are gone first!

Sadden to learn that a Samster had passing away suddenly.....I pray, may his old soul takes the road again.......this reminds me about Brother Victor who had died of heart-attack in an hotel room in Malaysia some 5-6 years ago

Don't worry about the vulgarities. I've been on the internet since 1996 and have been called just about every vulgar name under the sun.

Same goes with the cursing of parents and relatives. When you deal with bengs, you have to accept that it's part and parcel of the culture. It makes them feel macho.

When it comes to heeding advice, if everyone followed the most basic of tenets of the internet and kept real life separate from their on line personas, life would be so much simpler.

As for condolences, I told a "clubbing" friend of mine what an idiot he was straight to his coffin after he killed himself. That didn't mean that I wasn't full of grief and miss him like hell. It just meant that I still considered him to be an idiot after he died. Everyone deals with death differently. Those who want to grieve quietly shouldn't be arguing with me in this thread. They should be at the church.

The deceased are not here anymore. They've moved on. The people I've been exchanging posts with are all still alive.. at least I assume they are.
