Simple...just shut down the entire SPA and MPs once and for all...

Even if virus stops, re opening should require owners to resubmit applications for licensing.

The partial locked down will not be effective if people keep going out to crowded places and not taking precautionary measures as though they are immune to the virus. There are still crowds at MRTs, shopping malls, supermarkets during this trying period.

With the local community spread growing (ie, new clusters and unlinked cases), it is really a cause for concern. A full locked down seems imminent if continue at this pace.

I feel it is wise to wear a mask if going to crowded places. We never know those unlinked cases may have come from these places where contact tracing is impossible.

I believe majority of Singapore residents and foreign employees would certainly like to wear a mask when going out of home.

But hardly any disposal 3 ply face mask is available for sale in Singapore during the early stage of Covid-19 period. Now some local retailers are selling at high price for the masks but
the quality may not adhere to standards/specifications.

Actually I believe why Taiwan has low case is because it is habitual for them to wear mask when they are sick even during non pandamic times. The purpose of having mask is also to prevent spreading and also getting. Asymptomatic spread can be stop too if ppl wear mask.

No choice the cost to bring in mask increase a lot....last time i can get one box 50 mask only $2.50 now i get in at least $25..now China many factories all convert to do mask rather then sell their core products...of course some of them the quality are susceptible so can only test to make sure its genuine after goods comes in..

Wear cloth mask which is washable and reusable is better than nothing. But even till today, people here like still concerned about "face" and funny looks they get when they mask up.

I was recently reminded of how much people here still "don't know fear" when it comes to the virus ... a prc ML told me she hadn't gone for usual neck and shoulders massage relief for 3 months already, and I was going to ask why not , then stopped myself.

3 months. The time between christmas and new year. When the virus situation was escalating rapidly in china. And they already knew then how serious it was, and to stop going for massages

It is now an offence for employers not to direct members of staff to work from home where "reasonably practicable", as part of efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19. Alot of bros are using this free time to visit spas/mps since red light district and ktv entertainments are all closed at this moment. Hence, we may see a rise in locally transmitted cases or clusters in the next 14 days.

Those ah tiong are intelligent. My work place once they knew they may have to deliver food to people . They quit straightaway. When times are tough it's really the local people who sticks on as we have no choices.
