On the basis of the context, I think "tren cua em" should be "chuyen cua em" meaning "my flight".

"Em kg muon CHUYEN cua em, nguoi ban ve noi sao doi ve hoai em khong muon"

If tren is changed to chuyển , I will interpret as "I dun wan to change mine, person selling ticket say why keep changing ticket . I dun wan.

My theory is that both d and v are pronounce as z and y in northern and southern viet respectively. Your girl from north?

Kinda curious does the school there conduct spelling lessons for their students. I seem to notice she got quite a number of spelling errors even when spelling in viet.
