there is one grand chancelor hotel at serangoon rd,
opp mustafa. Not sure is it replacing this grand hotel.
There is a option to redevelop the keramat lane cuppage area,
maybe its viable now to do so now. But all depend on grand properties
group. They had many hotels world wide anyway.

Guess it's close down for good. Was told that they received a letter asking them to close. Don't think there'll be another operator there as the hotel is not keen to have another HC there.
