Reading with interest so just commenting my personal thoughts:

1) Going to police with the room footage of the gals will not prove anything unless in the footage, the gals mentioned type of service and pricing. If not, the gals can easily argue it's just a sex tape.

2) If the gals holds pink IC, at most they will get a fine and warning. If they are PR, they might get the same punishment too. There are so many gals in this trade with pink or blue ICs who got caught by AV undercovers before but still in the trade. The only ones who will worry is those on other pass like work permits, student pass, social visit pass or long time pass. These will get sent back.

3) The gals can say the room footage is taken without their permission and it's a outrage of their modesty. So the owner of the footage could/might get into trouble.

4) Owner of the footage might be questioned on why he took those footage by the authorities and the purpose of it.

5) If the toilet footage exist, it proves that the guy found a way to enter it although upper floors toilets are not for public. If cctvs captured him entering and leaving it, the guy for sure will get into trouble with the law.

6) If the cctv pictures/footage and the toilet footage exist, the guy should hope and pray it wouldn't go viral in facebook and stomp etc, and stays within the circle among these working gals. Else there will be a even bigger manhunt for him. Imagine the shame it will bring to his family, relatives and loved ones, and how his friends and colleagues will view him.
