A bro here once explained how the go-go system works but got zapped, Why I also dunno but I try my best to explain to you and hopefully not get zapped.

Girls are paid a monthly "salary" that salary, I think should be Bht6,000 a month, is dependent on the number of bar fines a month a girl has to bring in. So they have a bar fine quota (20 is the usual target). If they miss this quota the difference would be deducted from their salary. Current market is Bht600 and that is why the bar fine cannot be negotiated.

If the girl has a regular John (or a few Johns) then she can hit this quota easily. Coz these John's usually will bar fine the girl for a couple of days; a week is quite common. Some will go as far as pay the bar fine but not stay with the girl coz he has gone back home. So a girl with regulars can hit her quota of bar fines easily.

Next is the lady drinks. Girls get around Bht50-60 a drink but this is peanuts. The real money comes from the ST & LT they charge. Usually standard rates applies (Bht2,500 St & Bht4,000 LT) but as me and many other bros have explained to you, discounts can be given for certain situations & circumstances.

If a girl gets bar fined and leave the go-go she does not have to come back for the rest of the night but some hard working ones will return for a 2nd and even 3rd ST. Maybe the Rainbow 4 girl doesn't know the customer strength after midnight coz she gets bar fined early.

Most girls now don't like doing LT. If a girl does a LT she usually gets banged at least twice plus she has to stay the whole night. But if she does 2 STs a night with each usually lasting less than 1/2 hour which one would she prefer?

All girls have to turn up for work at the same time. Those who are late the go-go will cut their salary. Some go-gos may have 2 shifts or else some girls are "part-timers" so thats why u may see some girls coming later.

OK we all have explained enough. Workings of a AGG is not rocket science that has to be dissected and studied so thoroughly. Buy a ticket to Bangkok and stay there for a month. Visit the AGGs daily from opening to closing. Know a few AGG girls. Get your heart broken and then u will come back wiser and stop asking all these questions. For God sake man, its just a bloody AGG... Plz go have fun, fuck and forget! and repeat again the next day...

Im just fascianted by what i see everyday. Same superstars get all the action while the rest divvy up the leftovers.

Is it safe to say a whole lotta girls dont meet the minimum barfine quota so they just working on st fees and ld commission?

JUst my opinion- it may not have the quality as in the past.....i think i agree. But Rainbow 4 blows away all other agogos now.

Well if you go past midnight you surely will be disappointed at the quality, no doubt about that............lol.

Baccara cant hold a jock strap to Rainbow 4 now. And baccara recently raised their drink prices 10 baht. I see Rainbows doing the same. I wouldnt be surprised when i come back next month to see drinks priced at 155 baht.

I see ippuns willing to barfine, no problem. Hell i even see them barfining lower tiered girls...............lol.

Plenty of customers that will pay for these "leftovers". Girls who can't hit the quota will leave soon. Quite recently a friend BF a girl from a SC AGG. After makan at nearby roadside stall she said "let me drive us back to your hotel". Sharks depends. Many times I go they not that pushy until my last trip. Recep girl @ door drank her LDs like a fish... but I like her so dun mind buying (see my last FR) and now laying some ground work for ROI on my next trip back to Krungthep.

Spent some time at Sharks last time. I didn't think they were pushy. Met a nice rep ger. Not quite SYT but good enough for me. Might go back for a rendezvous if she is still there

Ya, Baccara is always cramp usually 8.30 to 12.30am. I've tried many timings, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm.

The last time I tried at 12am thinking it'll be better. It was so cramp that many Japs were sitting on the floor. I have to stand with my beer 15mins before I get a seat. Made many eye contact with the BG but all their attention were only on the Japs.

Only after 1am when the place gets less crowded and most Japs left with their BG for the night, then the leftover BG start to approach the non-japs. Though they are not the best looking but still not unacceptable ones.

However, at this time I already lost interest due to their attitude. But I still accepted their company and just bought a LD, rubba rubba, finish my drink and left.
