If you remove the dodgy cheap stuff from the equation, condom failure rates are not brand dependent as all the premium brands are top quality products manufactured to strict standards.

Condoms break for the following reasons :

1. They've expired.

2. They haven't expired but they weren't stored properly.. eg left in a glove compartment and subjected to extreme heat.

3. They were damaged while being removed from the wrapper by fingernails/teeth.

4. Air was not expelled from the tip.

5. Damaged by teeth/braces etc during a blow job prior to intercourse. (a new condom should be used for intercourse)

6. Insufficient lubrication when pounding away for long periods.

I never experienced a condom failure in my life and I've always stuck to Durex featherlite.

DSC and private doctors are all obliged by law to report HIV cases to the Ministry of Health on detection. Counsellors would also talk to the patient on confirmation of STI and encourage him to inform the upstraem lady and downstream lady to seek medical help. If upstream lady is a wl, she would be required to report to DSC for further examination and at same time downstraem sexual contacts could have the chance be examined by a private doctor or at DSC. It is a good way to stop the spread of STI among bros and their wives and girl friends.

The doctors at DSC are well trained and appropraite mediaction will be prescribed. There is no fear of over use of antibotics. As you know, execessive dosage of antibotics would build up body's resistance to the drug.

Their CD supplies come from dirt cheap source, may be recycled CD from China, Thailand or India. Good luck if dare to use theirs.
