Didn't know so much about insult of modesty till you guys enlighten me....I always thought that only upskirt and downblouse will kena caught....didn't know taking spy video of pretty girls also will kena....I think some bros also have this habit.....just that never get caught (I know 1 bro got post online the videos one).....so you guys better be careful the next time you take spy videos/ pictures

damn man... remind ur buddy not to 'take videos' like that (offensive or not)..
ain't cool.. gotta keep the "system in order" and not screw things up by making the police 'concerned' about such issues.. ;-) that said, i agree with many bros here, if it could be settled outta court, do it! :-D good luck!

if is not offensive, the police may chrg him for intruding of privacy.
maybe the woman can issue a private summon to your fren. will hv to pay huge money to settle this case if the woman wants to pursuit.  if in public area n no offensive material, no case. if in the woman's premises, take care.

why are so many people guessing here ?
if you take a girl's pic or video and get caught (even if just taking pretty face, legs, butts, non sensitive parts), gal not willing to compromise, police case made, police will charge with IM. Get a lawyer costing S$2K - S$3k to plead guilty, get about 4-12 weeks in govt chalet. Somtimes fine only if you're first timer. But very low chance. Good luck to your friend. Tell him to eat full full first before going in to "peng". Ho Jia Ho Kun , Huat arh !
