Yesterday was at 百度 with my Kakis. The singers there abt three to four can make it. Not many ppl, only three tables occupied. Most of the singers can sing quite well. The good point is that the waitress never pester us for flower. Sat with one singer from 四川，she is going back this month. Petite and pretty face.

There is a new joint at telok ayer name 乐，they have local singers also. First time I come across local singers. The singers there mostly young but the beer + nuts is $40, slightly ex. Is a restaurant type of HFJ, day time restaurant, nite time restaurant cum hang flower.

I once met a singer at Huang Chao who was quitting at the end of her 2nd or 3rd week to become a waitress there, as she didn't like the pressure from the customers. The business at HC has really fallen compared to the past, as well as the quantity and quality of girls. Still doing well at Cleopatra though less than before the casino opened. Cleo has such a large number of regular big hangers

True for 'saytoomuch' mentioned. It is a bit different now from old time. But do not be too serious. We can have ToTo, Casino, official things. It's fine to have a few HFJs, KTVs to meet the other needs, Singaporean are still be owners of those places, earn most money, contribute TAX. So long as no girls are killed, no Romania ambassy, why not. Sometimes the life is really boring, you need to have some places to relax. Actually many health centers are more 'DIRECT', provide any 'JOB', however girls there mainly local or Malaysian, they all have proper work permits, and seldom to cause problems. I think I say-too-much, no solution for it. Maybe we can centlize it, do not let it to spread every where in the small city.

We've been there a few times, biz is bad, always a few tables only, flower is small. Not sure the old manager mami is still there or not, quite n comfortable. The stage design is bad, and entrance is strange. Somehow got 2nd floor, the girls will go up and down, less control.

I am very curious, how they make money and can survice so long without good business. They must have some business ongoing which I do not know. Any bros can share ?

Haha, waitress there not only nice, but very Sui, only a few singers can compare to them if they all dress up the same. Also, singers there 60~80/100, can sing, and seems very much enjoy themself.
The place is quite private but convinient. Not like HC, along Middle Road, easily Du Diao friends, then jalah.

10-18 months ago their business was very good, my sense was below DC and Lido but well above most others like HK Palace and other comparably sized joints. In the early days they had predominantly young singers and more chio ones I thought than most others. That attracted quite a few big hangers, I recall PPCs totalling over $20k several times, even tho no show that nite. I was never a regular goer there, but had seen a few singers who were my taste but they always had big supporters so I didn't want to bother. I don't really know why their biz has fallen so much recently, it's more than just RWS
