Some examples which I am always suspecting of such arrangement:

These ML sibei good foresight and rumor to have good SD backing.

Good observation.
Such ventures indeed need very rich SD to back the ML and the latter need to have very good business acumen. About the SD being the angel or VC investors, I doubt so. They will not want to have their names appear in any form. Besides, for the ML to chance upon the SD in the MP also remote.
Anyway, let's not dive too deep into the CSI forensic bit about how these ML become business women, just enjoy a good massage with or without happy ending will be simpler.

Some biz start off by foreigner moved here. Prior having SGPR.
