Those regulars cheongsters in Hanoi, are you guys aware that the prices in To Ngoc Van has increased from VND300k to VND 350K?

I brought some friends there 2 weeks back and the OKT at first told me VND400k. When we threatened to walk out, he says VND350k. We walked out anyway and go to the next one and that's when we realise that they are now charging VND350k for foreigners price. I think local viet still pay VND150k.

I like that place because I can usually bring my cock-itchy friends there for a quickie.
