It is all boils down to who is the receiver and more importantly, how he perceives "Excellent" in his eyes may not hold true in your eyes ... This is because he may have a set of definitions on how he defines the WL service and appearance are excellentthat differs from yours ... As the common saying goes, what is vintage wine to him may be vinegar to you ...

From a generic standpoint (not juz Vi Vi per se), a WL who has became an A/P, she may ultimately select a special group of clients of hers to provide extraordinaire services to so as to sustain the retention power. Most smart A/P WLs would practise that as it is very tedious and tiring to offer top notch services to any Tom, Dick & Harry punters considering that they have at least 10 sessions per day ... Afterall WLs are human with feelings, juz like us ...
