You can go to san yuan li in Guangzhou 三元里 5-6 buildings all selling these goods

Sorry I dont know of Shenzhen, only Guangzhou, you can take the bullet train to Guangzhou East station (1 hrs 05 mins) and take MRT or taxi to san yuan li (Maybe around 20 mins)

Just take the bullet train direct to Guangzhou station (not guangzhou east as it's a bit further) and then walk about 15min or take a cab, less than 5min. Guangzhou baiyun international leather goods is the best place for fake AAA grade leather bags.

For watches and clothing , go to Zhanxi lu which is very near Guangzhou station. For shoes , not really sure but there is a whole buiding for that as well.
