Bros, There are couple of exchange rates. Online rates and bank rate are pretty close. They are the actual transacted exchange rates, except the banks only change their board rate once a day.
Money changer rate is typically the previous day's bank rate or average over 2 days. So even if you see the online rate going up, the money changer will not adjust upward immediately, probably the next day. Another rate is the TT rate. This is typically better than the money changer rate as they earn on handling fees, not exchange rates.

well ... i got the wrong info tat the rates will b better on monday. mayb have to wait to tuesday n see how. i miss those days when 1sgd to 5rmb.
