Bro, there's no such thing as approval from government to marry 2 wives, even if the wife is under certain medical conditions. Unless he's a muslim, otherwise, I think is just load of bullshit from him. Understand that there's some samster who are lawyers, maybe they can verify whether what threadstarter says is true or not.
