The govt dept in charge of the brothels is Anti-Vice and if you have serious concerns you can contact them to investigate. If the brothel owners allow you to be watched or videoed, they will lose their license and face possible jail time.

If the photo or video is taken and circulated by the working lady, the brothel owner and working lady will both be in trouble. What laws do those fall under, and can complain to anti-vice?

I think that the basic purpose of Geylang is to provide a regulated space for customers and working ladies to operate so that they do not disrupt social order. This reduces disturbance in the neighborhood, the spread of STDs, the involvement of gangs and human trafficking.

Photo and video taking in brothels are not allowed whether by customers or working ladies because they can lead to blackmail and criminal intimidation.

I've heard of working ladies secretly snapping photos of customers then circulating them on social media sites. They are on thin ice and if discovered, both they and the brothel operators are likely to have their licenses cancelled. The smart thing for brothel operators would be to caution their girls against such activities.

If someone is snapping photos outside a brothel, the sensible thing for the pimp to do is to ask them to move on. Otherwise the customer may get into a fight with the photographer and the police will have to be called in.

With regard to your specific question, I believe that the relevant laws here are those that protect against "criminal intimidation" and "harassment". Since the photos/info are likely to have come from a working lady, you can report the problem to anti-vice if you have specific details. You can probably remember which working lady and which house when you view the offending photo. Just my thoughts...
