actually I am facing similar issues. But there are always 2 sides of the story. If she does "act" like a normal person with proper respect to all my friends and families, I wouldn't be giving not enough attention to her too.

But sometimes, if your wife is not a very social person and has very little close friend or hobbies to kill her time, she will feel lonely easily....

but hey, we all need to work and in Singapore, many jobs require travelling. I am now forced to fly back on the same day if possible, just because of her, and she's still unhappy about it.....

Enough is enough, I am seriously considering her proposal. But looking at the divorce procedures, it's quite tiring! Can we just pretend to have adultery and let the court process the thing FAST?

On the lawyer fee aspect, I beg to differ. If both parties had discuss and agree agree on all the terms and condition prior seeking legal practice, the lawyer will just draft I.a.w both decision and fee is at minimum. Ard 3-4 k. But if there issue that both parties not agreeable and need to resolve on court, fees and duration are subjective as it mean take over a year to two with fee chalking up to 20k.All these depend on yr number of issues and complexity to it. Tried to go for global settlement as far as possible. I.e those issues and terms that both can agree on, lock it down and just go court to work on those issues and terms that both parties cant reach an agreement

Mine cost 2.5k without any contest 3 months will get the final court letter.
