Singapore rather safe as compared to elsewhere. There is also nice places to run. When I travelled overseas, I try to bring a pair of running shoes with me…nice having some good run and fresh air especially if you are in places like Bali, Phuket, Krabi, Nah Trang…but probably better to start after sunrise.

I go to gym more. As my kneels cannot run long in the park. So I a mixture of workouts in the gym.

Mrt got police patrol not because its safe ,cos many molest case that why police are everywhere,many are still blur tot it is because of terrorists, cos allowing many into sg tgat why many cases just that common ppl not aware,lol

It may be my fault as a TS. I go to gym.... I also jog more than I pump. My intention is to train my cardio la.

50 years old.... six pack or muscle not my cup of tea already. have also no one to show. hahaha. More importantly.... no one wants to see. hahaha.
