The left/ rite problem is a technical issue but LTA oni req. U 2 tak the BTT 2 validate yr foreign license 2 a local 1. My fris did it b4, tat's why I knw.

yup its really easy, i went to bukit ba+++ to take my theory test and i got a singapore license easily.
