That’s exactly why I said earlier, with the existing remuneration, even 3rd grade PRC WL (let alone 2nd grade WL) are unwilling to work in Sg these days. If GL could attract 3rd grade PRC WL, it is considered very lucky with all the unfavourable factors. 1st Grade PRC will never wanna work in Sg as they are usually already “baoed” by wealthy PRC men. When GL first opened to PRC whores, we were lucky to have tasted a few 2nd grade PRC whores. Seasoned GL punters would know who am I referring. 😉

Considering AV stance, I doubt you could see any improvement in the quality of PRC if GL resumes operation one fine day. I would envisage Vietnamese whores replacing PRC moving forward. From what i know, WLs still here are required to go for health check every month at their own expense. As for reopening in March, probably not as the pilot for nightclubs and KTVs have been deferred until further notice. There’s a chance maybe it will start in March, but afterall it’s only just a pilot, and not all can reopen soon.
