Yes, u can book in advance but for the day itself only. But to be fair to the OKT, please try to arrive at least 15 mins before your booked time lah. If you are expected to be late, better call and inform them. They will determine if the WL can wait for you or not. Usually they can try to accommodate you but no later than 10 mins.
