depends on location. some police raid to close. one in particular opened till 1am and was so busy with many dancing etc. atk before going in

Ya some places police close 1 eye, allow longer operating hours if crowds are limited. Depends on jurisdiction one and "taxes" they pay to police.
Got some places open till 3am, some even 24h alcohol sales.
Karaoke everywhere in thailand also open secretly.

Officially = govt announce nationwide that its allowed.

1st or 5th night if PCR negative can join u else cannot but depending on the type of hotel u stay.

From what i know, yes they allow because SHA ++ hotels also function as normal hotels. But they may separate certain floors or buildings for quarantine guests only. You may want to check with the hotel.
Of course all this is dependent on your negative PCR result first.

Just a quick update on whats opened or not.

Soapys- are secretly open, just walk around at night and you will notice customers going in around Sukhumvit 33 and 26. Just go up and enter.

Agogos - are mainly open but sit outside. Police will come and enforce closure by 11pm. Still can barfine.

FLs - many around Nana late at night still, so just go up and talk to them and negotiate price.

Clubs - Some are open but stop selling alcohol around 11pm. Police normally come around the Sukhumvit area to enforce people to leave and close the place. Some other clubs closed at 12.30am. Even closing so early, there is crowd.

KTV - Secretly open

G Clubs - Many are open and closing around midnight. Some offer after hours in a form of private room.
