There are videos online that go into greater detail, but the summary is just don't follow anyone anywhere. If someone comes up to you and tells you that you can get all-you-can-drink at his shop for 2000Y and there's a lot of pretty girls at his shop, its a scam. If someone walks up to you on the street asking if you want sex, its a scam. Japanese shops notoriously don't welcome foreigners, so any shop that actively tries to find foreigners on the street is 100% a scam.

search for where to "play" and found the shops which are more open to foreigner is in tokyo

There is such service provided by PRC in japan (think they work with jap translator)... charging 50~100 rmb/call... then payment via wechat/alipay.

Maybe you try google the query in chinese , might be able to find what you need.

Even you found someone to speak in Japanese for you chances are you will be kicked out immediately. • Yoshiwara: They said they were closed (Polite way of rejecting). Zzz waste my time cause it's in a Ulu area. Took like 1 hour plus to get there

Over the new year 1 Jan to 2 Jan almost all the fuzoku (lup sup diams) establishments were closed. So took the opportunity on the 2nd to buy some blue pills. When i arrived there - clinic is like a pharmcy counter selling meds lol. The doc didnt even consult me - just showed me a card with various pills they offer, 50mg, 100mg for V, 10mg, 20mg for cialis, different manufacturer, pfizer/generic etc. iirc pfizer pill each for 1500y and generic pill was about 1000yen. no tax - so with the current exchange rate you do the math.
After paying at the counter, they will issue you a "member card" with your name etc. Next time when you visit them again just show the card at the counter and tell the counter what you need - they will sell you accordingly. No questions asked, no tax. When i was there there were A LOT of men there buying pills lolz.

thats what i think for sapporo too.
looking for services in sapporo is just a side quest for me. will try my luck to walk into some joints and find out. there will still be joints open to foreigners but girl choice will be more limited than tokyo.
