How to cannot recollect such important information ?

Thanks for the info...she knows she will be barred... Just do not know the period for sure... At that time she thought she had enough of Sillypore so really don't care to return...I thought it is written in notice that ICA says is always hand out upon collection of passport.... So it could be verbal only....

this ICA officer can only tell your gal the period of ban is estimate how many years...not a fixed years...so when apply the SVP even with guarantor will also be subjective...

the ban was communicated and formerly ICA used to stamp on the passport and write xxx or some coding...this affect the the gal to enter other countries too...so now ICA dun write anymore...recorded in the ICA computer records of the passport holder with thumb print scanned...

But, I am pretty, pretty much sure, they will inform the ban period and tell the person if they understood, and acknowledge

Sometimes…. It’s best when there IS a nanny state to make us think properly, using our big head instead of just the li’l one!

2,000 posts, stretching from 5 years and over 134 pages – on how the ICA have made lives difficult for you guys! Think about it, how many cases has the ICA seen that ends up in disaster?

And how instead of taking the time to stop and think properly when being thrown a complication, so many guys here would just blindly bulldozer on.
