Is it true that those ex holder yellow card is bar from returning here for life? If would to marry her does it need to get approval from MOM first or just ROM oversea will do without getting the MOM approval. Any bros have happy ending on this matter? Chances to return back is the main issue now.

Can any kind bros advice how come it took almost 1 year for my viet wife PR application since Jan this year & up to now it still on Pending status?

I was told by the ICA counter during application, processing time are usually between 4 - 6 months, apparently now is long overdue, do bros think that my application will be successful

My understanding on whether your application will eventually be approved
depends on a few factors

Your Earning Power, your qualifications
Basically they need to know you can ‘养’ your wife if she lives here even without her working
Then depending on her own qualification, country of origin (yes, i think there is some bias towards certain country)

Nowadays with some many foreigners, new citizens etc etc, i believe the policy has been tightened on PR allocations, hence we have LTVP, LTVP-plus

I'm awares of all require condition & factors, in fact all these have been proven to ICA for the past 4 - 5 years. My 1st PR application for my wife was rejected within 3 months 2 years ago, now 2nd try, application took almost 1 year yet still no outcome, wondering WHY

Not surprise,i encounter before so u are not alone.I receive the letter on the last month so u just wait till last month

Anyway is a rejection letter waiting for close to one year for this letter

yah is ridiculous,think got chance cos wait so long but in the end still reject.
There is no time frame for them to reply u as long as your wife pass still valid but even not valid,they also ask u to renew first

Apply PR to them is not like LTVP,they have 'many things' to consider but we will not know what they want except our guess

I cannot remember but should be less than 4.If your 'quality' is good,then chances higher as what most bro mention but end of the day,nobody know what they want now

Last time if husband got stable job,income and good record of both party,chances higher

Then after inflow of so many foreigner,they chance and look for those good quality like education and income

But now is seem like high income also difficult as what some bro say so if u are the border line type then sorry to say,chances is lower

I not an expert but this is what I feel and see

My Opinion is :

Case by case basis .... As I always share, Rules and Policies served only as a guide. Even if u meet the criteria that doesn't meant u get it automatically,

My wife's friend just gotten her PR after 3 years and with their second kid. Family background is good , stay in condo and works as a normal chef.

Another one no kid but gotten her PR...

Therefore there is no exact equation on when u gona get it. I also going to apply PR for my wife soon , will update here again for sharing.

As for ur oit of moderation request ... (Pls I am not suaning U) u been here in forum for quite some time, seriously how come end up in moderation ?
