I'm very familiar with people who call themselves UK grads. They tend to be Malaysian S-pass holders who graduated from one of our local long-distance schools. When you ask them where did they graduate, they never tell you the uni, they will say "UK grad". I recently heard from a few reliable sources that unfortunately GL shall not be reopening until Phase 3 which seems to be no earlier than sometime in 2021 unless a vaccine becomes available before then.

All remaining GL WLs should probably be going back to their home countries by October latest.

We are now in Phase 2. Geylang is closed and has been closed. We can say with certainty: Geylang is closed during Phase 2. Try to let that sentence sink in.

Which means, this is really 废话, that Geylang may only open in Phase 3. Still need to ask?
