SGD must appreciate so that PRC WL make more if they work here. If we cheong in PRC, SGD must be strong. If RMB drops, but our currency still fucked up, does not really matter. I think 15-20 yrs down the road.....geylang shop many will stop operate.....first is the okt all aged liao,secondly China will grow very strong n less Ladies will sell in china,nevetheless say fone singapore....as compare to 5-8 yrs ago....china entertainment area not so fierce anymore....n less pretty girl now......thirdly paya lebar airbase shifting to changi,meaning

Wah nakamitchi. Housing estate agent also don't know so much about height restriction in GL. You know. You took your CEHA is it? Or you property developer.

On a serious note though, that is a good analysis of property in GL with regards to height restrictions. That angle is really worth considering.
