Not sure where to ask so here goes.

I wonder if it is true that if a Thai WL completes her 2 year contract with no obligations, she will not be banned from visiting SG. Is this true? My regular told me about this recently. According to her, OKT said that to her. Is it a cunning ploy from the OKT to give the girls a glimmer of hope so that they will stay longer?
