Hoho, that is a nice waterfall and scenery.. Though the home needs abit of touchup.

It's ok, just wondering whether to invest on condo for rent, easy to rent out anot plus how much can take for rental per mth. No need so serious, hope guys already there can share with me on that.

Yes I got 3 mango tree in my garden and 1 lamyai tree but this year crops not so good as very windy and most of the little fruits drops.

I also got 1 jambu ayer tree which last season gives me lots of fruits which i distribute free in the mooban.

There are also some carnation and some roses, I tried strawberry and manage to get some fruits but not as big as i like them to be.

That's how I spend my time in Phayao, Chiang Mai for me is just passing through on the way to and from my house, at most I stay there only 1 night, not really into night life anymore only occasionally drop by beer bar along Loi kor to have some beer and wash eye.
